Day 1 : Cu Chi Tunnel
ā°8AM depart and experiencing a local village explore the historic Cu Chi tunnels, see traps and remnants from the American War, practice shooting using a variety of weaponry. ā°12 PM: Have lunch local cuisine and, 2.30PM leave to Mekong Delta.ā°4PM arrive a homestay at My Tho and explore the city at night.Ā
Day 2: Mekong Delta
ā° 8 AM: Breakfast
ā° 9 AM: Car to port for a boat ride on the Tien River, viewing fishing villages and the four famous islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. Visit Thoi Son Island, a local honey farm for fresh honey tea and traditional music.Sampan ride through small canals.Ā Visit a local fruit orchard for seasonal fruit tasting.
ā° 11:30AM: Lunch at a local restaurant with traditional Mekong Delta dishes.
ā° 1 PM: Bike or horse-cart ride around the island, exploring rural life.Ā Visit a coconut candy workshop to learn about candy-making and try fresh treats.
