Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical manuals, tags, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Vietnam.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
