6. Bus type: which type of bus would you prefer - a minibus, coach, or luxury bus (referred to as a 'limousine' in Vietnam).
7. Itinerary:  If there's a specific route or itinerary you'd like to travel.
8. Special requests (such as wheelchair accessibility, multilingual guides, catering services):
9. Duration: How long do you plan to use the bus for (as this affects pricing)?
10. Payment method: bank transfer, card or online payment? 
11. Insurance: do you require insurance for your journey?
